Skyrend

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Skyrend is a browser game run by Hake Dev LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you play, why, who helps us run the game, and what you can ask us to do with your information. Skyrend's invite-only test is open to residents of the United States only.

What we collect

Your email address. We use it to send you sign-in codes. You never set a password.

Your game. Your hero's name, realm and level, your cards, items, currencies, decks and progress. We also keep the records of play that other players are part of: battles, raids, trades, allies, mail and rankings.

What other players see. Your hero's name, player code, level, realm and ranking positions, and the pictures of your leader and the cards in your decks. They also see the battles, raids and trades you take part in. The rest of your collection, and your email address, are never shown to anyone.

Feedback you send. The text you write, the screen you were on, your level and chapter, your screen size, and your browser family (such as "Safari on iOS"). We don't keep your browser's full identification string.

Error reports. When something breaks, we record the error message, the screen it happened on, the game version and your browser family. We remove email addresses and sign-in tokens from these reports. We delete them after 30 days.

How the game is played. We record game events, such as sessions, packs opened, chapters cleared, fights, and currencies earned and spent, to balance the game. This stays inside the game: no advertising networks or outside analytics services.

Network addresses. To stop abuse, we count requests per address for one minute at a time. We store a scrambled form of your address, never the address itself, and delete it when the minute is over. Our hosting and sign-in providers keep their own short-lived logs, which include addresses (see below).

Notifications. Only if you turn them on. We store the delivery address your browser gives us, and delete it when you turn notifications off or sign out. Your notification choices and time zone stay with your account until you delete it. Your browser's push service (Google, Apple or Mozilla) delivers each one; the message is encrypted, so they can't read it.

What we don't do

Storage in your browser

The game keeps your sign-in session and a few display preferences (such as card filters and the last quest area) in your browser's local storage. This is needed for the game to work; none of it tracks you on other sites. Clearing your browser's site data signs you out and resets these preferences.

How long we keep it

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Email support@playskyrend.com from the address you play with. We'll confirm it's you through that address and reply within 30 days. A copy of your game data comes as a file, sent to that address.

If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your sign-in, your hero and your progress, feedback and game events. Battles and trades you took part in with other players stay in their history with your hero's name replaced. Backups age out within 7 days.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have further rights under its law.

Children

Skyrend is for people aged 13 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, tell us at support@playskyrend.com and we'll delete it.

Security

Connections to the game are encrypted. Access to the database is limited to the game's server and to us. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell players in the game before a significant change takes effect.
